The Thanksgiving Play

Production Stage Manager

The Thanksgiving Play was part of Baylor Theatre's 2024-2025 Mainstage Season and my first show as Baylor faculty! The show had a lot of playful aspects to figure out, such as a football sequence using craft Native American heads and deceptively light-hearted interludes to choreograph. This resulted in an abundance of confetti, balloons, and paper mache which made the process lots of fun. More importantly, I had a first-semester freshman ASM, which challenged me to think about how I teach process and guide students through hands-on experience.
