The Laramie Project
Guest Stage Manager
I had the unique opportunity to serve as the Guest Stage Manager for Baylor Theatre's The Laramie Project. This production meant a great deal to me, as we got to host community talkbacks immediately following each performance to discuss the lasting impact of Matthew Shepard's death. The Laramie Project presented me with new challenges such as working with a guest projection designer, tracking an abundance of costume/character changes, and a significant amount of technical cues. I am thankful that I got to help bring this story to the Baylor stage with the following team:
Director: David Jortner, assisted by Chelsea Curto
Guest Stage Manager: Piper Vaught
Assistant Stage Manager: Willow Keith
Scenic Design: Michael Sullivan
Properties: Kayla Mae Jou
Costume Design: Sally Lynn Askins, assisted by Paige Triplett
Lighting Design: Josh Wilson, assisted by Hannah Early
Guest Projection Design: Philip Vilar
Sound Design: David Jortner, assisted by Chelsea Curto
Dramaturg: Suzi Elnaggar
